Looking for other new moms

I have a 11 week old daughter and was wondering if there were other new moms out there that might want to get together every once and a while? Either to go for a walk to get out of the house in this nice weather, or just to have someone else to compare notes with. By new mom I just mean someone with a newborn, not necessarily a first time mom.

There is a group for new moms and their support person.

There is also a group for expectant moms and their support person.

Held at Central United church!

I believe the next on is June 30!

10 am for expectant moms!
1 for New moms!

Good chance to meet other moms!

Mom and Baby classes?

Hi!
I noticed there were quite a few new moms looking for activities to do with other new moms! I am a music therapist and I also teach toddler music classes and I am considering starting up a mom and baby music class. A fun way to interact with your child and meet other moms and babies. If I were to run this I was thinking of a weekday afternoon. Would there be any interest for this sort of class among you new moms out there?

It would be a 30 minute class. I typically run 8 week sessions for $72 registration. I teach my classes out of Knox United Church. I am thinking if I were to do this it would be a Tuesday afternoon.
