What are your needs?

From what I can tell, cheaper options have a lesser degree of certainty. That is why the courts generally require the costlier more time consuming options.
If you are comfortable with having a pretty good idea, the cheaper options may suffice. If you feel you need to know beyond a shadow of a doubt or if this may involve legal action at a later date, I would spring for the more expensive options.
