It's been many years since I've been to LLL, but from what I remember it rotates on a 4-talk cycle, so every 4th meeting a topic is revisited (although it's rarely the same twice). It talks about them here:

Also, there's no age limit for attending as long as you're breastfeeding or are interested in learning about breastfeeding! That means that even expectant mothers wanting to learn about breastfeeding can attend while pregnant. I found it extremely useful in my early years to see other women nursing babies at different stages - newborns, older babies, toddlers - and to hear about their experiences.
