I write this with the hopes of being able to find a plan for a young girls birthday party.  
 
My young lady (as she keeps reminding me) is having a birthday party this week and I have been lost for ideas this year. She is getting older and the clowns and Ruckers just aren't cool anymore. So I thought what about a beauty makeover kind of dress up party...go with me on this one it does sound kind of cool. lol (coming from a dad)  
 
I thought of having the girls do their nails, dress up in costumes, maybe some karaoke...and to top it off I was wondering how we could allow them to put color strands in their hair without it being permanent.  
 
So I ask this to the women and hair dyers out there...is there a way to put strands of color into ones hair without it being permanent. I was young once and remember the kool-aid days - and it never worked that great. Any other ideas out there?  
 
Ideas on hair coloring, and party ideas...send them my way...thanks.
