We are moving to Brandon and I'm looking for any suggestions, recommendations, reviews, etc on child care and preschools in Brandon. Home daycare, daycare centre...doesn't matter.  
 
Also any suggestions, recommendations, reviews on preschools in Brandon. They all seem good....U of M preschool seems that drop offs and pick ups would be parking nightmare????!!!

The Brandon university preschool. Had no real issue with parking, the classes are not so big that there are tons of parents. I cannot speak to any day cares as we never used them.  
 
As for summer camps, Brandon mini university courses are the best, I cannot say enough good things about them once your kids are old enough. Highly recommended. The ymca summer programs pale in comparison.

Every kid is different so I suggest making your decision based on what they need. My daughter went to BU Jr kindergarten and it was great. We chose it as class sizes were capped at 10 and you sent your own snack. She is more comfortable in smaller groups she has dietary issues that could prevent her from having a snack brought for the whole class and I wouldn't want the others kids to not have those foods. I have heard good things about wee wisdom, Brandon nursery school at Knox United church and the one up on the hill in grand valley church. I also did not use daycare but most of my daughter's friends went to BU early learning Centre behind the University. They have their own lot so parking shouldn't be an issue. My daughter loved the Y camps and did not like Mini U at all. I think the issue was the large groups. Also runtime pottery has awesome summer camps as well as the riverbank discovery centre if your kids like being outdoors. Sportsplex also has camps but we've never been so i can't say anything about them.

All of our kids attended Beginningings Preschool on Victoria Ave. It was great! perfect if you live in the Riverheights, or Valleyview area. Close to the University is the BU Early Learning Centre, a great childcare/preschool with flexible days and times. Both have great staff! Parking not a problem at either.

Highly recommend Wee Wisdom Nursery school, couldn't have asked for a better preschool to watch my daughter grow for Kinder, Love the teachers and sad I have to wait another 2 yrs before my next kid can go!

I highly recommend Here We Grow preschool on the North Hill. Our kids have been going there for the past 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about them

Love Brandon Nursery School!

Our children went to Beginnings preschool and rivverview preschool. Very good programs. We used a home daycare for both kids and were able to find great day homes for both kids.
