You can buy the package of Hollandaise sauce from almost any grocery store.
To do easy poached eggs, you get a muffin tin and spray it well. Add one Tablespoon of water to each cup. Crack your eggs into the pan. Bake at 425 for about 9 minutes (eggs won't look done but they are - and it depends how runny you like them)
