I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Liam and the rest of the staff at Future Shop for all of their hard work today!!  
 
My son (after working all summer) wanted to invest in his own gaming computer. his budget wasn't huge, but after shopping around the entire city today, we found the best service and the best product for the price at Future Shop, and after what seemed like hours of walking us through all of the options and explaining every option, we decided on a system only to find that it was backordered.  
 
Knowing how badly my son wanted this system and how hard he worked for it, Liam and the staff/management worked to get him an even better system at the same price so he was able to walk out the door with the rewards of his summer!  
 
Thanks Future Shop for making my teenager smile :D
