ok here is my story...  
 
lastweek (wensday) my favorite Rap artist came to winnipeg. i found out the day after the tickets where on sale, and of course the concert had been sold out, so i went online to a winnipeg website kinda like ebrandon and put an ad up asking for tickets, i`ve had a lot of offers but people were charging up the wall for tickets that costed 75$, a week before the concert this lady had emailed me asking me if i wanted to buy tickets off her for 200$ (allmost cover price) i had accepted her offer, i had talked to her a couple time`s on the phone and she seemed like an nice & honest lady, she had emailed me for her daughter telling and told me they where going to the lake so she wouldnt be able to make the concert. i told her i didnt get paid till the day before the concert, she told me she didnt want to mail them to me without anythign in exchange so i had taken money out of my grociery money and all the money i had in my pocket so she wouldnt concider selling them to someone else. the next day she had emailed me telling me she had them in a bubble envelope ready to be shipped a friday before the weekend and told me she had used expresspost which takes 2 days to get from winnipeg to brandon. those 2 days i had waited monday came by and i sent her the rest of the money for the tickets, there was 2 days before the concert i figured i would get them that day, i sat at home waited looking out my window every 5-10 min and nothing came the next day i did the same thing and still nothing came then finally the day of the concert i started freaking out, i had texted the lady and told her i still didnt get the tickets and she had told me her and her husband was gonna go to the post office and track down the package, then she had texting me telling me the post office had misplaced my package and they are not able to find it. so then she had told me she was gonna go back to winnipeg and go to ticket master to see if the tickets can be replaced. so i sat there and waited for 3 hours for an answere then she texts me again telling me she couldnt get them replaced because her daughter had bought the tickets off someone else off ebay. so then i assisted that i wanted my money back, the lady didnt seem like she was in a big hurry to send me the money, she went to her house and did laundry i was on my way to winnipeg to shop anyway even though i wasnt going to go to the concert. i told her i needed the money before i got there and she told me her husnand had put a check in the machine and that it would take up to 3-5 days to go through, so i waited and 5 days came by i had texted her asking for my money and she had told me the cheque still never went through and it should be in by saturday and told me she would have my money in my account by saturday morning. saturday morning came buy and nothing was in my account. so then she told me she had to wait till monday to go talk to someone at the bank to see what the hold is. monday i had texted her and she was texting me back telling me she was on her way to the bank and she was going to deposite money in my account it was around 630 pm when she last texted me, i had texted her several times after that asking her what is going on with my money, and she never replied, today i texted her again and she told me i have to wait till friday to get my money, i dont want to get my hopes up and think i am going to get it i am sick of waiting and want my money back. ive threatened this lady telling her i was calling the police and giving them all the info i had on her and her husband. she never told me not to worry or anything or asked me not to do that. obviously she doesnt care if she is charged for online fraud theft under 500$ and i know even selling tickets is eligal and also buying them is but they where cover price so i dont think that is bad at all.  
 
please tell me what i should do next i donno if i should call the cops cause i dont want to be in trouble for trying to buy them. i am frustraited and just want my money back. this lady is P*ss*ng me off!!!!!!
