Where do you buy your mp3 music?

Besides Itunes, where can you buy mp3 music?
I know there are many places where you can download music without paying for it. But I'm looking for a website where I can legally buy mp3 music that is not digitally locked (DRM)so that I can "own" it (I know that technically speaking, you can't own songs) and play it in any mp3 player.
So far I'm looking at emusic.com
This is beside the point, but I think .99 cents is kind of expensive for a mp3 download (e.g Itunes). If you buy the whole album, you end up paying the same amount as if you bought the CD.
