The price of a guitar

I have been playing acoustic for 30 years now and am pretty good in my own mind,,,,LOL Anyway, I`ve had the same guitar for 23 or more years now. I have the money to upgrade to a newer one. How much should I be looking to pay and any suggestions on a model? My old one is a fender and has a great sould. Just would like some feedback before I go out and spend a bunch of money
