Been looking at getting some last minute tickets for Garth Brooks I checked out ticket master and seen that it says credit card entry only and non transferable. Anyone have experience with these credit card entry concerts? Does this mean only original purchaser is aloud to use these tickets? Before going to ticketmaster I''ve seen tickets being sold on here and also buy and sell pages so If someone buys these tickets are they pretty much useless when getting to the concert?

Have been to a few concerts now that were credit card entry and I got a message stating that the card used to buy the tickets must be presented at the door and that the tickets were non transferable. I'm guessing it's to stop from scalping the tickets. You actually do not have a physical ticket at all. They scan your card and that's it.

Only a certain amount of paperless tickets are sold for each show. Usually the best seats in the house or those tickets with higher demand. Only those tickets require entry with original cc used for ticket transaction.  
The rest of the tickets, which you see printed off on the ads or people offering ticketmaster printouts for tickets are valid and work. So the majority of his tickets are old school printouts and some are paperless...  
 
This may be your only chance to stick it to the scalpers. They overestimated the demand, at least for the Wpg shows. There are $10-15.00 tickets available this weekend. Granted they are mostly in nosebleeds and behind stage. The scalpers are taking a major hit on those tickets. I picked up really good 200 level tics for early Saturday show...$45.00 cdn/each all included. Was looking at some sweet floor tics in row 7,8 for $45.00 cdn but they were snatched up quick. Garth Brooks still gets his $$ but the scalpers take a major hit !!  
 
I imagine lots of empty seats (paid for) for the sat late show and sunday show...  
 
We can thank Garth for adding more shows and softening the demand for tickets with lots of supply!
