What is wrong with our judicial system???

I found it appalling that the alleged killer of Duane Laquette was granted bail yesterday! Certainly, he has a few conditions to abide by, but anyone who has the capability of comitting murder should not be walking the streets. I imagine how Duanes' family must feel!
