Best and worst Christmas Parties....

Obviously the worst Christmas party is the "No Party this Year" party. But some of the parties in Westman are REALLY impressive. Some of the more sucessful companies in the area modestly reqrd employees with some impressive parties. What are some of the best parties you've attended/heard of over the years, and what made them great?
