Idiot parks in my spot...

So I know it's xmas and we're supposed to be jolly....but now I'm P.O. I come home from a awesome supper with my grandma...and some idiot parked in my spot and what makes it worse he plugged it his van into my outlet..which we pay for hydro! Just away to ruin my nite...which for once I has happy on this holiday till now...
Sorry just needed to vent! Anyone else have this happen to them??
