hey I'm looking for someone that knows what they are doing with hair color, I would like to dye my hair black with many pink streaks, I am willing to buy the hair stuff like bleach, dye, and whatever else needed. I need someone that knows what they are doing though because when I did it the black bled into the pink and it looked terrible. I would like someone who is willing to do it cheap as I will be buying all the product. :D if you or anyone knows someone who can do this for me that would be great:D thanks
