We are getting married at the centenial Auditorium and since I moved my wedding date I have had a hard time finding a cateror that is willing to work in the centenial auditorium as you can not cook food in the building you can just keep things warm!! We have called about 10-15 different ones that say it is illegal to bring food in to venues, it has to be cooked on sight. Has anyone gotten married at the centenial Auditorium and if so who was your cateror? I found one cateror who will do it but they want $22 a plate with no desert and it dson't include plates or cutlery that just seems like a lot of money to me!!
