What type of bar should I have at my wedding?

My fiancé and I are starting to plan our wedding and we can’t decide what type of bar would be appropriate. The wedding will be taking place on a family member’s farm just outside of Brandon. Open bar would be nice, but could get pricey with 300 guests. Cash bar is an option, but I don’t know if we will be able to get a permit to sell alcohol on private property. Another option I had heard of was a BYOB. Personally, I don’t like the BYOB idea, but it is an option. What are everyone’s thoughts or suggestions?
