Brandon Downtown rejuvenation

Our City Council says they are dedicated to rejuvinating Brandon Downtown area. But, are they really ? Downtown is the only shopping area, with "parking meters",
which, in rejuvination, should have been the first thing "removed". Christmas lighting and decorating, should have been increased, "not cut way back". City Police should be patrolling the area, on foot, 24/7, "the mall has it's own security, the street doesn't. Maybe the drunks, should be removed from side streets and and Princess Park, instead of allowing them to sit there drinking all summer. Is there a reason, why our Downtown Shopping Mall is now an Office Building, or, why so many stores are vacant ?
