There is a ton of talk about spraying our city for mosquitoes but so far, the city isn't doing anything.  
My 6 year old daughter is just like me. We swell up big time.  
The one solution I found to actually work is Watkins Insect Repellent. It comes in a form of spray or lotion. I have the lotion for myself (28 percent Deet) and will be buying the kids version (5 percent Deet) for my daughter. I have had my original lotion for probably 10 years now and it still works. The lotion does not smell like regular bug spray so I am using it as my summer time "Eau De Perfume". Try it everyone. I found a lady on EBrandon that is a distributor and she said it is selling like hot cakes because IT WORKS!!! The lady that distributes it said there is no actual case study on the effects of using Deet on children but for goodness sake, use it. I'd rather have my child wear 5 percent of Deet than to deal with West Nile. Hope this helps all the parents with young children.
