As I spent 12 hours feeding in 346 ballots in to the Voting Terminal I wondered who would ask for a recount.
These machines check everything on the ballot and if there is an error it returns the form to the voter for corrections.
I have not seen a policy on what is an incorrect or spoiled Ballot, more Brandon history in the making.
