Bestway pools

Does anyone have one of those Bestway pools(hydro force pro steel frame) from Canadian tire? I’ve spent much of my morning googling water levels for 90% capacity and I cannot figure out exactly how high to fill it and if all three of the hose outputs are suppose to be covered or if one is like a breathing hole? I hope that makes sense.
