Anyone used one would like to hear about your experiences .

Doesn’t work and is a novelty. No matter how much you believe it will work, it’s always just someone moving it within your group.

I haven't used it, but two people told me their experience and I stay away from it. I also believe in the spiritual world, so to me it's not worth it. Also I can think of better things to spend my money on.

Why do you want one???

I wouldn't get one if I were you. I don't think it's good to open yourself up to that sort of energy. I had a strange experience as a teenager with some friends and a ouija board. We "contacted" someone and while we were "talking" to him, the candles blew out (on their own) and the tv turned itself on and that person was on the tv. We all screamed like the teenage girls we were and ran out of the house, lol. Didn't touch the board again after that.

I do not want to contact anyone who has passed on . I was thinking more along questions about myself like what a tarot card reader would do .just curious

No offense to all you "spiritual" folks but the ouija board is just a piece of cardboard. There is no energy, higher power or what not. It's a toy. It won't answer any of your questions unless you answer them for it. Tarot cards are a scam too but that's a whole different topic so won't get in to that. But save your money unless you really want one.

I don’t think a ouija board is what you are looking for. If you have questions about yourself I would go see someone more on the psychic or card reader avenue. If you are looking for connecting to “spirits” then I recommend you try some of the ghost hunting groups or square peg tours in Winnipeg.  
 
I don’t know if the stuff is real or not. Take it as entertainment and any experiences you get over and above that is a bonus.

As a teenager in high school there was a group of us [3] that could get results with only an upside down glass on a damp arborite table top with the board markings on the table with a marker; without the phoney parts from the store. There has to be FEELINGS amongst the players [hate, love, jealousy, ETC ] or it will not work. Booze kills all responses as the mind is not open to ACTUAL feelings. Semi dark and silence is required. often pretty scary but looking back now the board was pretty knowledgeable. Predicted early death for one of the participants which came true when she was about 24. Results read for others in the group are more accurate than for yourself while operating the glass.

I believe you but do not be afraid to try it again with the same people as you may find out what happened that time and what happened next.

Also had a bad experience with using it as a teenager as well. It knew very personal details. Never again- it freaked me out

Do Not Mess With A Ouija Board.  
I was shocked to read Rocket19's account of her husband's experience as it is very very very similar to what happened to me after using a Ouija board.  
My mother eventually burned the Ouija board which I found out later was the worse thing a person could do.  
Never burn a Ouija board, it releases bad entities.  
I received the Ouija board as a Christmas gift of all things when I was a teenager. I am now in my 60s and the effects have lasted a lifetime.

I'm not and never have been a religious person, I do consider myself spiritual though. I've had bad experiences with them as well and will never touch one again. Some spirits are good, some are not. Just like people. You don't get to choose which picks up the call.

The Ouija board is literally massed produced by a game and toy company in the same factories that make Clue and Battleship... So one could argue that playing clue is a bad omen.

It’s like monopoly. It’s a mass produced board game that someone always cheats at.

Anyone reading this, please, for the love of God, take note and read my words. (This is the voice of experience). You can google your question online and read on forums and 95% of the posts will say the same thing.... DON'T TOUCH IT!  
 
All stories above that you read above that say this item is pure evil, well they are correct. I was big into the occult and I experience it as well. I was asking questions and not even touching the board! That is when you know something out there knows everything about you. After that I could feel evil following me. A had fear I had never know before. You are opening a very bad door if you engage in this so-called "game". NOTE: You will never contact a loved one. Everything you conjure up will be devilish, even if they "say the are a relative" who passed on. All counterfeit. If you want a prophecy over you life that is good, pure, and holy, write me.  
 
I lived in that realm of fear for many years. But I was freed by a minister and through a prayer of faith, and now I show people how to get free. Takes less than 5 minutes. There is no religion involved. Just a practical step to freedom. And it's NOT just finding peace from being exposed to the witchboard, but I have been a part of "cleansing haunted houses", people of their fears/nightmares and the like.

Harry Houdini was debunking these things as scams back in the 20s.

The Ouija Board simply goes on what you believe in. No different than a placebo drug pill promising to make you feel better, while the pill contains nothing but fillers.  
 
If you're hyped up about the board and mystical experiences, you'll be overjoyed and will likely move the plastic game piece without realizing it.
