I am looking for customer reviews on buying items from wish.com. Did you get your items? I have heard from people that their accounts got hacked using this site. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Maybe used it 4 times, 3 times I received items in a timely fashion, the other time I didn’t receive item and I filed a complaint and got my money back. I would use it again if the price was good.

I ordered seven items, for stocking stuffers, in fall 2018. I ordered in lots of time, as I had read reviews about how long it took for items to arrive. Two items arrived. Four did not. When I went online to report that the items had not arrived, my money was immediately refunded and I got a message saying that if the items did arrive in the future I could keep them. I had wanted to talk to customer service, but that was not an option that I could find. After getting my refund, one of the other items arrived as described. And only one of an item that should have been a pair arrived (but was useless as it was a single). I haven't ordered from there again, and probably wouldn't given my experience.

I've used it a few times for random things. I've had 1 item out of maybe 15 not show up, 1 show up but was the wrong thing, and 1 that was bad quality. Their customer service system gave a full refund on all of those items. I found reading the reviews about the item extremely helpful, plus looking at the store rating. I would plan on it taking about a month to get here.

It's a legitimate site like Amazon or AliExpress. Pretty much all of it comes from China. Most stuff is low quality but you get what you pay for so make sure you do your research. Also don't be in a rush, sometimes shipping times are decent other times it will take months or never arrive at all however it usually does.

From WISH a few times. I have not had an item not show up, bit I DID have one that was damaged when the mailman tried to jam it into the mailbox and broke it, I sent a pic to WISH and said it was broken upon delivery and my money was refunded AND they sent a replacement item!! My little boy also ordered a Moon Lamp and it is pretty cool, arrived right on time as well!

They have some neat stuff.  
You have to watch the pricing and shipping costs. One seller will charge more and cover shipping or one seller will charge less but then you pay 5 bucks shipping. Play around a bit.  
I have had a few no shows but they always refund back.

I order from there like once a year when I have some disposable income. Just be super careful with sizes, and expected a low quality product.
