I ordered seven items, for stocking stuffers, in fall 2018. I ordered in lots of time, as I had read reviews about how long it took for items to arrive. Two items arrived. Four did not. When I went online to report that the items had not arrived, my money was immediately refunded and I got a message saying that if the items did arrive in the future I could keep them. I had wanted to talk to customer service, but that was not an option that I could find. After getting my refund, one of the other items arrived as described. And only one of an item that should have been a pair arrived (but was useless as it was a single). I haven't ordered from there again, and probably wouldn't given my experience.
