How do you contact CRA??

It is literally impossible to contact the CRA! I’ve been on hold for several hours at once, at different times of the day, and cannot get through. Of course, they don’t believe in email and I assume their offices are closed to the public currently. It says there is a callback feature but I’m not sure where you access that. Nothings ever come up during the hours long wait music.

I’m trying to log on to the CRA account to access some forms but it’s not working.

How can I get ahold of the CRA?

When I had to contact them I found out what time they start in the morning and called right then. Still was on hold for quite a while though.

Best advice is to not pay your taxes or file your return, they’ll contact you.

I was on hold for only an hour yesterday, from around 3:15-4:15. Not a bad wait, considering how busy they are. Keep trying

Keep trying. I called last saturday and was on hold for 1.5 hra, got my acct unlocked BUT cannot get my taxes done, as they still have my sin "locked", so no one can print an authorization form to do my taxes. So....time to call again tomorrow!!
