I also got my first dose in saskatchewan while out there working. Listening to the vaccine task force announcement last week they mentioned those who got their shots out of province should contact manitoba health to have it entered into their manitoba health info. If you were like me all I was given was a card saying the date I got my first shot and what type. I contacted mb health to try to get the info added Monday but still isn't reflected in my shared health info online.  
 
There may or may not be a direct contact for the supersite as I tried getting info in sask about the site I was going to and there was no available number for me to contact. I would try calling the online booking and try getting a number thru them if need be?

From today’s Brandon Sun: “People who received a COVID-19 vaccine outside of Manitoba can now contact covidimmunizationrecordsrequest@gov.mb.ca to update that information. Residents may contact their local public health office with this information as well.” Hope this helps.

When you got your vaccine in Saskatchewan did you not have to provide your Manitoba Health card before you received the vaccine? If you did it should be registered with Manitoba Health. You will need to know the date you got your vaccine and if Saskatchewan gave you a car with date on it take it with you.  
Nephew got his 1rst in Alberta they asked for MHSC got second here all he had to know was date when he booked 2nd to be sure it was 21 days between. No issues he got it Monday.

Found the link to government page, go to the last question that should assist you. This is to make sure your information is put into your Manitoba Healthcare record .  
It does not stop you from getting 2nd vaccine so long as you know the date you received 1rst shot and the allotted time has passed to be eligible for 2nd dose.

I provided my mb health card in sask and they were able to book me for my first shot. However they were only able to enter my information into their saskatchewan system think its called panorama or something. They said I would need to have it added on my end in mb if I wished to have it reflected in my records.  
 
When I tried calling the booking lines they were no help in regards how to get my info added but have contacted mb health to have it taken care of hopefully soon. The booking line assured me however I would have no issue booking and receiving my second dose as long as I have some proof of first dose.

If you call the booking line they should be able to give you the Keystone super site-i obtained it that way. I will see if I still have it.

I contacted mb health monday and provided them via email a photo of my drivers license/mb health card/my sask card showing my vaccine and which day it was provided. Its showing up today when I log into shared health site that I have now received my first dose vaccination. Was nice not having to physically go down.
