Just wondering if anyone has crossed lately. Thinking about going down to Bottineau to pick up some parcels but can't find anywhere to get tested there.

If it’s a same day trip can you not get tested up here before you leave?

Just to add. Back in December for a brief period of about two weeks you could take a PCR test up here, drive to the US and return using your test results and ArriveCan app as long as it was within 72 hours. They stopped that when Omicron came.  
So now I assume you can do the same thing only with an antigen test.? I haven't been able to confirm this though. I haven't been able to find any info on the net about brief trips down and back.

Found this. Under Arrive by Car it says the test must be taken OUTSIDE of Canada. Sucks because I just want to go to Border Services for 30 minutes max. Now I have to hang around down there somewhere that I can find testing.

Thats what I'm trying to do. If I find somewhere there to get tested ill let you know and could get yours as well.

Wait until end of March. I bet they will be changing testing. Snowbirds are coming back home in April and I doubt testing will be in place by then.

I hope this is legitimate as I payed 100 US for a rapid test in the States on Monday. $40 for a rapid test and soon as they find out it is for travel the price went up to $100

What’s the point of having a negative rapid test to come back across the border? They aren’t keeping track of it or doing anymore contract tracing anyways. So you come across today with a negative test and tomorrow you have symptoms and test positive. So what does that mean? They aren’t even counting the positive rapid tests as part of our daily covid cases. There is no point anymore of any of these tests to cross the border. Just a money grab. It’s time the federal government synced up with the province’s requirements and just eliminate all testing completely. Enough already!!!!

I just checked out that Arrivalcan company. It's not running yet. Says coming soon. No price listed.  
It looks like you buy and take their self test with you. Then when you're ready to come back you get in contact with them by some sort of on line appointment and they have you administer the self test and you show them the results. They then send you official results that you use to show officials.
