I guess they're not being marketed as "tiny homes", but as a "pocket neighbourhood". It's a related but somewhat different concept.
Keeping that in mind, maybe a small 1 bed house in this development would fit the OP's needs? It certainly seems to avoid some of the pitfalls of chassis-based tiny homes etc.
