Can anyone help me. I’m trying to locate a person that has stopped payments on my property and I need to serve him papers in order to get the property back in my name. This person also claimed bankruptcy. Trouble is I can’t locate this person in order to serve papers. Apparently living in Saskatchewan now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

A PI, licensed in SK, might be able to help you. Otherwise, mining social media sites might be a way to help narrow the search area. Any info that you may have regarding family, associates, etc that he had here will be of value as well.

If you registered a lien / mortgage should be easy to regain possession.
