Which vacuum do you find is good for carpeted stairs ?

I have a Bissell Cleanview Swivel, which I like because it’s got a powerhead attachment that you can put on the hose and use on the stairs. It’s also got incredible suction. I paid approx $165 for it. I don’t see that particular model on the Canadian Tire website but there are a few other Bissell options there with the powerhead attachment tool, for a similar price. Based on my experience with the model I have, I assume you’d be happy with one of those Bissell options.
