Looking for new Desktop

It is time to purchase a new Desktop Computer. It has been 6 years since my last purchase, and the systems have improved so much. Looking for a system that is above average. Not a gamer but enjoy working with photos etc. I have been looking at the HP Pavilion P6320F. any suggestions on a good box and monitor.
