Where can I buy these now? Difficult to find.

Brandon has two legit vape shops that sell vapes (e-cigs), e-juice, and most accessories to go with the style of product in their stores. Fat Panda on 18th near Earl Oxford or Wheat City Vape Shop downtown on Rosser near I think 11th street are the two places you want to go.  
 
If you are ever in Winnipeg, they have tons of vape shops. I would recommend looking for a Facebook group called Peg City Cloud Club. They are all amazing people who would also be able to provide advice. Most shops also have online stores these days too.

BOB's Headquarters on 18th street has a ton of Vap stuff as well. Differing levels of nicotine if needed

No disrespect to B.O.B's but I wouldn't touch their e-juice. They don't have a proper lab set up required for properly mixing the juice that gets made right in front of you (just my personal opinion coming from an experienced vaper)  
 
A lot of the brand's that Fat Panda carries or Wheat city carries are actually tested by reputable places to make sure they are with in safe levels. E-juice isn't as simple as just mixing vg/pg/and nicotine together like most people would think. The flavourings have other stuff in them believe it or not.  
 
I would do your research on the topic and go from there. In the end where you choose to shop is your choice but the staff at Fat Panda and Wheat City only deal with vape related topics and are trained and extremely knowledgeable because that's all they sell.

No, we do not have a lab, however we do work with reputable companies who take all necessary precautions to ensure the highest quality, best tasting, safest and user friendly juices.
