I'm thinking about moving back to Brandon with my wife, and opening a Thai restaurant. I'm wondering about the market. Any feedback would be appreciated. I haven't lived there for a while, but my memory is of a few Chinese restaurants, but little else in the way of ethnic food. Have things changed much? Do you think a Thai restaurant might work there? Is there one already?  
 
Especially helpful would be any leads in the way of market research, and contacts for small businesses in Brandon.
