Wood Glue

I think furniture can be pretty tricky, but where there''s a will there''s a way.
If you want to glue it again, the surfaces should be nice and clean, sit flat against each other, and wood glue needs to be tightly clamped to have full effect. If the leg can be positioned where it needs to be simply piling some heavy stuff on the chair seat might create the pressure needed.
of course if it slips you could end up with 1 wonky leg. So,
a discretely positioned woodscrew could help ensure it stays in place. Using a drill first to create a pilot hole for the screw to follow is always a safe bet.
