I thought I saw something like those at Canadian Tire at Giant Tiger last week. That's the problem with seasonal stuff from the big stores... Stock it once and never stock it again until the following year. Try GT, Walmart or some the dollar stores for just the regular balloons.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong
