VHP is very sorry for any delay in service you may have had. You will be happy to note we have hired a Customer Service Manager to make sure our requests for service are more efficiently prioritized and followed up on. He can be reached by e-mail at customerservice@vhproperties.ca.
Hopefully there are less instances of missed service calls at the properties we manage moving forward. We do also have a team of 5 maintenance staff that work very hard to provide the best service to our customers.
Secondly, I would like to note that Vionell Holdings does not own Castle Ridge Estates, however we do proudly manage the property for three young investors from Winnipeg.
