White Chocolate Fudge

I just had to share this delightful fudge!
** White Chocolate Fudge
1 2/3 cup granulated sugar (400ml)
2 Tbsp. butter, softened [25ml]
2 cups miniature marshmallows [500ml]
2/3 cup *Carnation Evaporated milk [150ml]
270g [9-squares] white chocolate
1 cup halved red cherries (not maraschino)

. Line an 8-inch-[2L] cake pan with foil and set aside.
. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter and cook over med. heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil.
. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly: reduce heat to low.
. Add white chocolate: stir vigorously until melted and smoothly combined.
. Stir in cherries.
. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm.
. Cut into squares.
Fidge can be refrigerated for up to 1 week in an air-tight container.
