i lost a very dear friend who was hammered to death by a hammer in their home by a person who was allowed to take up residence in a spare room because no one else would help that person.  
 
This happened in Brandon Mb (Sept 2, 2023) to a very giving and loving person who had only one foot and used a wheelchair and false foot. Maybe only 5 feet 3 inches tall while the murderer was six feet or close to 6 feet. The murderer received no monies because they refused to take prescribed medication and as a result of missed appointments was cut off of financial aid.  
 
As a result, my very dear friend was responsible for the care of all humans/pets/surrounding/upkeep of residence.  
 
I want to KNOW: what is: if any, the OUTCOME!!?? Does ANYONE know anything about this case? It's as if there is a wall of secrecy surrounding the event/circumstance.  
 
This beautiful person was a mother, grandmother, friend, of so many who would take charge and worked tirelessly when other people were too otherwise involved to give their time to others.  
 
PLEASE...does anyone know if there will ever be justice for this beautiful person? Will this perpetrator be released onto the streets soon?

it is working it's way through the system according to newspaper reports, it is awaiting " an assessment for a not criminally responsible application that has been ordered".  
Until that is completed it will not come back to the courts.
