66% of Americans are now Overweight/Obese

Wow, just came across this statistic today.
Obesity is now more prevalent that just being Overweight. At 34% of the population being Obese and just 32% being overweight. What do you folks think about that? Should Canada be concerned as so many American habits and cultural traits are making their way into our country?
