Haiti Does not Deserve Democracy

Nor does it deserve peace, prosperity, or security.
For those who don't know me, I'm being sarcastic.
However my sarcastic statements are sincerely supported by the Canadian and US governments in accordance to their actions.
Lets just annex them officially so that they will stop electing leaders we don't like and we can quit wasting resources throwing Coups and invading.
