I am getting so sick of the atmosphere of fear existing in Canada and the US these days. Whether its child abusers, terrorists, non-lethal diseases, it seems like we're being bombarded by stuff to be afraid of by our government and media. Just the other day a woman had her 10 year old returned to her by police because neighbors were worried about him walking on his own a 1/3 mile to soccer practice! These people are now too afraid to,  
A: Go and talk to the child  
B: Go and talk to the Mother  
C: Did they even know the family?  
 
Its just getting ridiculous, seriously.  
People get out there and TALK to each other, talk to your neighbors, have a monthly BBQ, Christ just stop being afraid. Arghhhhhhh.
