gist of the story is a guy was threatening to jump off a bridge in Beijing but was taking too long so another chinese man broke through the baracade got to the chinese man threatening to jump off the bridge (he'd been there for five hours holding up traffic) shook his hand and pushed him off. the man sustained some wrist and back injuries, but was pushed onto a partially inflated cusion thing.  
 
I have to admit though after seeing the video and all you kinda got to give it to the guy who pushed him. I mean being stuck in traffic for five hours (if he really wanted to jump I'm sure he'd have done it by then) He at least pushed him on the cusion so he wouldn't be badly hurt.
