Teen Killed Answering Cell Phone ...

For those out there who think that they can actually use their cell phone and drive at the same time - you better read about the accident in London Ontario where a 17 year old boy was killed when he lost control of his SUV while trying to answer his cell phone ...
Yes, I'm sure an overpowered vehicle and an un-experienced driver contributed ... but the fact he was answering his cell when he wiped out speaks volumes for the idiots who drive while using their cells to text, talk or check their emails ...
Today driving to Portage, I was behind a pick up truck that was swerving back and forth in his lane and hitting gravel periodically on the right hand shoulder - as I passed him - his attention AND that of his passenger - was on their cell phones NOT the road ...
On the Trans-Canada it's a whole different ball game than in town ... cells and driving do NOT belong together. I applaud those few (very few) drivers who actually pull over to do their thing with their cells ...
