71 year old Bernard Madoff was sentenced today to a prison sentence of 150 years-to-life for defrauding investors of at least $13 billion.
Part of the judge's statement being:
"This was not merely a bloodless financial crime that occurred on paper, but one that takes a staggering toll," ....
"The breach of trust here was massive"
