Ahmadinejad's UN Hate Speech
9/24/2009 at 9:13 AM
Just read some 'highlights' of Ahmadinejad's speech to the UN. Here's the quote that surprised me, even from him:
It is no longer acceptable that a small minority would dominate the politics, economy and culture of major parts of the world by its complicated networks, and establish a new form of slavery, and harm the reputation of other nations, even European nations and the US, to attain its racist ambitions.
He is, if it isn't clear, talking about the Jews, and they're secret manipulations of the entire world to attain their 'racist' ambitions.
Normally Ahmadinejad hedges just a little in his racist remarks by calling for the death of Israel(not Jews in general) and 'questioning' the number of Jews murdered during WW2, rather than appearing he outright denies the entire holocaust. His speech here though breaks from that character and appeals openly, rather than in any veiled fashion, to every racist and nut job around the globe that believes the 'conspiracy' started back in the 40's that the Jews are secretly manipulating the world to their own evil ends.
This needs to be better known so that everyone knows exactly what is at stake in the fight within Iran between the reformists, and the racist hate mongers ruling the country.
