Telemarketing ?

I only have a cell. Basically I cannot afford both, so the cell is best. However, long distance is SUPER expensive. Now, they have given cell numbers out to telemarketing companies! Okay, great, thankfully I have call display and if it is long distance of I don't know the number I don't answer. If it's important they will leave a message!
Now they are calling at 830pm and 930pm at night! What the heck, I realize perhaps they are west of here, but seriously!
First my cell number, then later at night?
Come on! Stop the insanity!
I am not going to pay to talk to a stranger at 930 at night, thank you!
