a busy weekend at the Keystone, I'm sure the staff has a million things to do today to get caught up.

Just wondering why it's there. I thought gargabe went in garbage cans.

Because people are pigs. Lazy pigs who drop their garbage where they are rather than holding on to it until they get to a bin.  
 
We could criticize the Keystone Centre staff for not having it cleaned up, but I'd rather place the blame on those who throw it out in the parking lot.

I saw it too even took some pics i was in disbelief the entire east side parking lot looks like a dump and im not exaggerating. Anybody have an explanation for this????

Charge them for the clean-up as they obviously have no respect for property. Hit them where it hurts and maybe they will clean up their act for next year???

Dakota Nation Winter Fest that was there on the weekend.

Why would you want to charge the organization , they probably weren't the ones who littered, it does look gross but it is no worse then after the summer fair.

Funny that ag days with 3 times as many people coming in and out of there didnt look like that

it hasn't even a day since the Winter Fest ended. Cleaning up inside would come first before outside.

I don't think it makes much of a difference what sort of event it is people seem to be careless when it comes to littering. I haven't been to countryfest but have heard horror stories about the mess that's left after that event, and my kids have a bit if a mudbog out here as well as a quad rally, and it only lasts a few hours and what is left behind just shocks a person. Would be nice if everyone had respect for property, both private as well as public.

Countryfest is bad for litter. But it seems to happen at all big events around the world.

that such a large cleanup even needs to take effect that's the issue. It's sad that the property isn't respected while hosting such an event. As far as someone's comment about the "smell" at AG days etc, these are naturally occurring lol. Comes with the territory per say, trash and littering does not...

The event just passed and it was a great event I for one enjoyed myself!

It's too much for one person to do something about. You'd have to have a meeting just to round up enough people to do something about it.

The point isnt about when or who will clean it up the point is it shouldnt look like that in the first place people should be ashamed of throwing disgusting crap all over a parking lot for someone else to clean up show some bloody respect

That's my point in starting the thread. It should not be like that in the first place. It's kinda sad just seeing the sheer volume of it all.

Apparently no one has seen the mountain of trash left behind when the fair leaves in June.

It goes to show the lack of disrespect !

probably takes a day or so to get it cleaned up. Even then, in the summer it's a bit easier to clean up the trash than in winter.

This event is held outside IN THE PARKING LOT where the garabage cans are full and overflowing and is generally attended by kids the event held this past weekend was all inside

was there another event there this weekend? The Dakota Nation Winter Fest was the only event happening at the Keystone Centre. Who else would of made the mess this past weekend in the parking lot?
