Highway 10S(ucks)

Is it just me or is this construction on Highway 10 South ever going to be done. I drive in to Brandon everyday from this highway and it is completely awful. This is the third year they are going to be working on the highway and for some reason the road just keeps crumbling and the speed limit keeps going down. It's great that you get to drive 60km and be on a gravel road that one machine works on every day. I was under the impression when they started this construction that they were going to have some of the highway be two lanes. Can someone let me know what they are actually accomplishing here, and what year it might be done. I will keep updating everyone on the status of the highway as it needs to be heard.
