Lions club fertilizer where/when to buy?

Does anyone know where/when lions club sells their fertilizer? I'm assuming the corner of 34th st as per usual but everytime I drive by theres nobody there.
Also someone mentioned it's been blended for Brandon lawns not sure if there is any truth to it or not tho. Anyways thought I'd check before I head to can tire or such and just pickup a generic bag of the stuff.
