Garden tilling

We are looking for someone to till our garden. It is about 40' x 40'. We usually do it ourselves with walk-behind tillers but we had 10 yards of soil added last fall and would like a good deep till and mix. We are thinking someone with a small tractor would be perfect. Any ideas?
