I am searching for a lawn disease expert that can tell me what is infecting my lawn. Does anyone know someone I could contact?

Most courses have a certified turf care person on their team. You could try approaching them with some pictures.

What's going on? What are you noticing? Could be many things and not necessarily disease.

Absolute...Weed Man

Have these brown spots spreading throughout the lawn. No idea why or what is causing it.

Fenced in yard or open yard? This was happening in our front yard. Neighbours female dog was coming over to pee and essentially burning the grass everywhere she went.

We have brown dead patches on our lawn also but they are caused be white grubs that are the larvae of the Japanese Beatle.  
Grub B Gone from Canadian Tire treats them plus a few other grubs.  
If you pull the brown grass and there are no roots you have grubs eating them off

Dug up a large square of the infected area and didn’t see a grub anywhere

As its all over and seems to be spreading everywhere

Theres a decent amount of information online, maybe that helps

Buddy of mine had the same type of problems. This fungus thrives in heat and moisture. Given our weather over the last couple weeks, it's possible it's the same thing. He stopped watering and let the lawn dry up if a bit. Google it.

Your last picture looks like its more than likely just heat stress. Lawn looks like it may be going dormant. Do you irrigate regularly and properly? Definitely not grubs, wrong time of year for grubs.

helped me with this issue. If you look at the blades closely it looks like red thread fungus. It is actually from over watering.You can get them to spray for the fungus but it will go away if you let the lawn dry out. Don't expect it to be this year though. Took my lawn at least a year to beat it. And let it grow long to fight the lack of watering. And fertilize to give it a slow release of nitrogen.

I agree if you need an expert Absolute is, in my opinion at least, the best lawn care company in Westman. They've done our yard since we moved in and always great service and lawn will look awesome if you water and mow regularly and properly.

what other companies you used to come to this conclusion? The other companies you used, must have done poor work, expensive, or what other problems did you find? Wondering what you compared them too?
